Cinzano Complex Hotel - Samarkand

We thoroughly enjoyed this place, as it was the best hotel. The place was fairly clean and we loved single room. Nice and great location, it was close enough to the center and Samarkand from the center of the new town.

Comfortable family room equipped with air conditioning. Conveniently situated in the heart of the city 👍.

The central location makes it convenient to explore the city, with exceptionally comfortable beds and clean, brand-new rooms.

Rewritten: My stay at Cinzano Complex in Samarkand was extremely comfortable. the accommodation was clean and the staff was friendly. the rooms were absolutely stunning, with exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, a work desk, and satellite television. I also appreciated having a bathtub in the bathroom. the hotel is conveniently located just 0.5 km away from Samarkand airport.

Fresh, roomy units with AC that kept us cool in the heat 🌬️. the staff were super friendly, and bonus - the location was perfect! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go easily.

During my xmas stay, the hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, offering to help with anything we needed, including a pick-up from the train station. The highlight was the spotless and stunning breakfast room, with beautiful wall decor and a very good breakfast selection.

The room lacked basic amenities like a private safe and a small fridge, which made it difficult to store our valuables and refreshments. the absence of an elevator or assistance for mobility-impaired guests made it challenging to navigate stairs, especially when carrying luggage.

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to many important attractions. the staff were very friendly and arranged a convenient pick-up service from the train station. the rooms were very clean and comfortable, with good amenities including air conditioning and a nice breakfast room. One of the best advantages of the hotel was the breakfast itself, which was cooked fresh to order and had a good variety of options to choose from.

There were some negative aspects of the hotel that could have been improved. the lack of a lift meant that it was difficult to carry luggage to the higher floors and those with mobility issues may struggle with the step into the bathroom and over-bath shower.

the location was convenient with several restaurants and cafes nearby. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved the hearty local breakfast served in the restaurant. the room was simple but comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were planet-saving and diverse. We appreciated the basket of fresh fruits provided in the breakfast.

There was no lift in the hotel, which might be an issue for those having mobility issues.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were really good too make my stay comfortable. The hotel's facilities were super clean, and the rooms were simple but cozy. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh salad, fruits, and bread made to order. the location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, and the hotel arranged a free pick-up service from the train station.

Could not be improved in any way.
